Knowledge Management
The Knowledge Management (KM) professional is expected to have a global perspective of the implementation of KM strategies and tools in a variety of contexts defined by multiple organisational and national cultures.
KM teaching and learning processes are faced with the challenge of bringing into the classroom such a variety of experiences. To address this challenge, this project incorporated an international and intercultural dimension into the KM teaching, learning and assessment, involving postgraduate KM students from Coventry University (UK) and the Technical University of Cartagena (Spain). Alexeis Garcia-Perez and Juan Gabriel Cegarra-Navarro were successful in bringing into their classrooms the KM perceptions and experiences of students from more than 10 countries.
