Legislative developments in the field of corporate law. Special reference is made to corporate digitalization, the open/closed company dichotomy, and specific types of companies. Out-of-court dispute resolution in consumer matters between companies or professionals and consumers in contracts for the sale of goods and the provision of digital content services. You will also find recommendations on how to proceed in an emergency or if an incident occurs. Particularly when carrying out training practices in laboratories, workshops or field work, you must follow all your teacher's instructions, because he/she is the person responsible for your safety and health during practice performance. Feel free to ask any questions you may have and do not put your safety or that of your classmates at risk.

Exam
A written exam will be held with a maximum value of 7 points.
The exam structure is as follows:
- Multiple-choice test. Maximum value of 2 points. Its assessment will verify the acquisition of CG3 and RAs 1, 2, 3, and 5. It may include a penalty for incorrect answers equal to or greater than the probability of correctly guessing that answer.
- Two essay questions to choose from among several. Maximum value of 2.5 points each. Its assessment will verify the acquisition of CG3 and RAs 1, 2, 3, and 5.

Evaluation of written work, internships, cases, visits and seminars.
The practical assessment will consist of various activities with a maximum score of 1 point. There is no minimum score for adding the score to the exam. The assessment will verify the acquisition of CB9, CG3, and CE23, as well as RAs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.

Performance, presentation and defense of individual and/or group work.
The preparation and presentation of the planned assignments provided by the faculty will be awarded a maximum of 2 points (up to 1 point for content and up to 1 point for presentation). There is no minimum grade for adding them to the exam. Their evaluation will verify the student's acquisition of CB9, CG3, and CE23, and RAs 2, 4, and 5.

Exam
The final exam will have a maximum score of 10 points and is divided into two parts:
Part 1 corresponds to the continuous assessment exam and has a maximum score of 7 points: multiple-choice (maximum score of 2 points) and 2 essay questions (maximum score of 2.5 points each).
Its assessment will verify the acquisition of CG3 and RAs 1, 2, 3, and 5.
Part 2 corresponds to the practical activities of the continuous assessment. It has a maximum score of 3 points. Its assessment will verify the acquisition of CB9, CG3, and CE23, and RAs 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
